Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Returns must be received in the exact same condition as shipped including all tags and labels. All suit garments must be unworn and unscented with no modifications. We do not refund shipping and handling fees nor accept returns after 7 business days of receipt (from shipping date). All sales are deemed final after 7 business days.

To ensure customer protection and satisfaction, proof of purchase must also be included with the return. We recommend shipping returns with any carrier which provide valid package tracking such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Your satisfaction matters! We provide a 7 business day from shipping date hassle-free exchange guarantee with sales receipt purchase proof. The exchange will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receiving the return. Return shipping costs are not covered. We recommend shipping with any carrier with a valid tracking such as FedEx, UPS and USPS.
